The Chick Room

The Chick Room is a welcoming environment very much like home. This is where our Chicks group, our youngest aged children, from 3 months to 2 years play.

Practitioners work closely with parents/carers to establish individual routines.

Craft activities, sand and water are available throughout the day to enable children to explore many different textures using all their senses. Toys are accessible to all children so even the youngest children can choose what they would like to play with.

Additional areas in the Chick room include a cozy book and snuggle area, a construction area, a home corner and physical development area.

There is lots of space allowing children ease to crawl or toddle around the room. There is also an adjoining sleep room.
