The Cub Room

The Cub Room is for 3 to 4 Year olds and is the largest of the rooms, where children can access activities independently from various different areas. As well as continuous provision the children take part in adult led activities.

These comprise of learning objectives from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We believe children learn best when they are happy and interested, so we base activities on their interests, whilst still creating a balanced and varied curriculum.

The Pre-school year is all about building confidence and independence as well as developing friendships and laying firm foundations for learning. This will enable them a much smoother transition to a more formal school environment.
